Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to everyone using SocialPilot AI. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and reporting to platforms or authorities where appropriate.
You will NOT use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or "cold blast" outreach to people who have not opted in.
- Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Messaging Policy, or Commerce Policy, or the equivalent rules of any other connected platform (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Pinterest, Google).
- Send messages related to illegal goods, weapons, drugs, regulated pharmaceuticals, adult content to minors, gambling where prohibited, or financial scams.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or business.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent payment requests.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any individual or group.
- Send misleading marketing, fake reviews, MLM recruitment, or pyramid schemes.
- Scrape, harvest, or buy contact lists. You must have a lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest with opt-out) for every contact.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, share worker tokens publicly, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
- Re-sell the Service or expose its API to third parties without a written agreement.
Messaging hygiene
- Always honor opt-outs ("STOP", "unsubscribe", "remove me") within 24 hours.
- Identify your business clearly in the first message.
- Respect time-of-day rules in your recipients' country.
- Keep send velocity reasonable to avoid platform-level restrictions.
