SocialPilot AI is an independent scheduling and automation control plane. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Pinterest, or Google. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

WhatsApp linked-device mode

Our WhatsApp integration uses WhatsApp's official "Linked Devices" feature. Your phone scans a QR code to authorize a worker that acts on your behalf. WhatsApp may at any time:

  • Disconnect the linked device.
  • Limit, suspend, or permanently ban your number — temporarily or permanently — if behavior is deemed automated, bulk, or otherwise in breach of WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Messaging Policy.
  • Change the protocol without notice, which may temporarily break delivery.

Risks you accept

  • Account ban risk: Heavy, bulk, or unsolicited use significantly increases the chance of a WhatsApp ban. Bans are decided by Meta and cannot be appealed by us.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed: Messages may be delayed, throttled, marked as spam, or not delivered.
  • Linked-device limits: WhatsApp allows a limited number of linked devices per phone. You may need to remove old devices to add new ones.
  • Session loss: Re-pairing requires physical access to the phone.
  • Other platforms: Each connected platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) has its own automation rules. Violating them can result in restrictions independent of our Service.

How to reduce risk

  • Only message contacts who have opted in.
  • Keep send volumes low and natural, especially for new numbers.
  • Honor opt-outs immediately.
  • Personalize messages — avoid identical bulk blasts.
  • Use a WhatsApp Business number you can afford to lose; do not use your personal primary number.
  • Follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

SocialPilot AI is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that your account on any third-party platform will remain active. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for account bans, lost contacts, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party platform decisions.
