Fair Usage & Anti-Abuse

SocialPilot AI is a premium business automation platform — not a bulk messaging tool. To keep the service fast, reliable, and compliant for everyone, we apply per-plan usage caps and anti-abuse protection. No plan is "unlimited".

Caps protect shared infrastructure (Railway workers, persistent WhatsApp sessions, media storage, retry queue, monitoring). Exceeding a cap pauses new dispatches until the next window — existing automation keeps running.

Rate limits & anti-abuse

  • Per-session message throttle to mimic human pacing and protect WhatsApp accounts.
  • Maximum 3 automatic retries per job with exponential backoff (1m / 5m / 15m).
  • Media uploads capped at 16 MB per file (WhatsApp protocol limit).
  • Idle WhatsApp sessions are reclaimed after 30 days of inactivity.
  • Accounts sending identical content to large unconsented audiences will be suspended.
  • No plan permits unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped contact lists, or spam.

Credits & top-ups

  • Monthly plan credits do not roll over beyond one billing cycle.
  • Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Minimum top-up is $15. Top-ups are an overflow add-on for active subscribers, not a standalone purchase.
  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on cancellation are forfeited.
