1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SocialPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SocialPilot AI provides scheduling, AI content generation, and automation tooling for messaging and social platforms (including WhatsApp via linked-device mode and other supported networks). The Service is a control plane; message delivery occurs through third-party platforms whose terms apply independently.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of any business you connect. You are responsible for keeping credentials, linked-device sessions, and worker tokens confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Third-Party Platforms

SocialPilot AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Pinterest, or Google. You are solely responsible for compliance with each platform's terms (including WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy). Use of unofficial automation may result in account bans by those platforms — see our Automation Risk Disclaimer.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a written money-back guarantee. You may cancel anytime from Billing.

7. Content & License

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

8. AI Output

AI-generated text and media are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing output before sending, including factual accuracy, tone, legal compliance, and platform policy compliance.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY, UPTIME, OR THAT YOUR ACCOUNTS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL NOT BE RESTRICTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or account bans on third-party platforms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the AUP, or third-party platform rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of the operating entity, unless local mandatory law applies.
