Is SocialPilot AI affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta?

No. SocialPilot AI is an independent tool that uses WhatsApp's official Linked Devices feature. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, or any other platform.

Can my WhatsApp number get banned?

Yes, it is possible. WhatsApp may restrict any number it deems to be sending bulk or unsolicited messages. To reduce risk, only message opted-in contacts, keep volume low, personalize messages, and honor opt-outs. See our Automation Risk Disclaimer for full details.

How does the QR pairing work?

Open WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on your phone, go to Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device, then scan the QR code shown in our Sessions page. Your phone must stay online for messages to be sent.

How many linked devices can I have?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp currently allows up to 4 linked devices per phone. If you reach the limit, remove an old device from your phone before pairing a new one. The Sessions page shows your current linked-device count.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

Account, schedule, and content data is stored in our managed database (Lovable Cloud, EU region). WhatsApp linked-device session keys are stored on the worker host you deploy (e.g., your Railway instance) — not on our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the current period. We do not auto-charge after cancellation.

Does the AI auto-reply send messages without me reviewing them?

Accepted Answer

Auto-reply is opt-in per session and per contact. You can run it in suggest-only mode (drafts shown to you) or auto-send mode. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it goes out.

Which platforms will be supported beyond WhatsApp?

The architecture is platform-agnostic. Planned: Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. WhatsApp is the first live implementation.
